• Cisco QSFP-40G-SR4:
  • Reach: Up to 100 meters on OM3 multimode fiber, and up to 150 meters on OM4 multimode fiber.
  • Connection: 12-fiber ribbon cables with MPO/MTP connectors.
  • 4x10G Mode: Compatible with ribbon to duplex fiber breakout cables for 10GBASE-SR interfaces.
  • Insertion Loss: Maximum 1.9 dB over 100 meters OM3 or 1.5 dB over 150 meters OM4.
• Cisco QSFP-40G-CSR4:
  • Reach: Up to 300 meters on OM3 multimode fiber, and up to 400 meters on OM4 multimode fiber.
  • Connection: 12-fiber ribbon cables with MPO/MTP connectors.
  • 4x10G Mode: Supports 10GBASE-SR interfaces with ribbon to duplex fiber breakout cables.

  • Reach: Up to 10 kilometers on G.652 single-mode fiber.
